Shipping and Delivery Policy

Books are delivered to addresses in India.

Please check that your address, PIN code and phone number are correct before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will contact you to send it again.

• We pack and dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days of your payment.
• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on where you live. Remote areas can take longer.
• For the tracking number of a dispatched order, contact the office with your order number: info@madhatv.in or +91 44 2499 1344.

A packaging and postage charge of ₹60 per book is shown at checkout and included in the total you pay. There are no other delivery charges.

If a book arrives damaged, or you received a different book from the one you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. After checking, we will send a replacement or refund the book's price and its postage. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Prayer intentions, Holy Mass sponsorships and other services are telecast on Madha TV on the date you chose. Nothing is posted for them; your confirmation and invoice come by email and under My Invoices.
